Account Locked
As mentioned in the disclaimer, from time to time you may get the following message on your Instagram app explaining that your account has been temporarily locked.
Don't Worry
Don't worry, you're still able to get back into your account. You just need to reset your password.
But, why does this happen? Account locks occur when you've either; logged in from a new location, gone over the actions limit, or your account has a low trust score.
In order to resume growth, the first thing you need to do is reset your password on the Instagram App. Then, update it on Seek Socially.
Next, we'll lower the limits on your account and begin the post-lock warm up phase.
You can expect to see slow and steady growth over the next few days before it reaches maximum speed again.
